Objective
It
is responsibility of the new Employer make sure that the newly coming Employee
into an organization/company is having required Educational qualification,
required technical skills to perform the job and the candidate found without
any criminal records in his history.
Providing
the facility to the users (Employee) that can submit their Educational,
Criminal, Experience details into a system using which a third party company
can do the cross verification of the information and certifies that the
Employee provided information is found correct.
This status will be shared with the Employer who made request of the
status.
Functional Requirements
- Manage employee and company information
- Maintain BG Officer details
- Sends an Email to the new Employee with new User ID and Password details using which an Employee can login to the system.
- Registration required for authenticate user
- BG officer will compare the details submitted by the Employee into the system against the Attachment (scanned documents) received thru mail from Employee
- Executive will receive all the Employee details from the system and the attached Documents’ scanned copies from BG Officer for personal verification
- Final status will be shared with Company HR by BG Officer at the end.
Non-functional Requirements
- Secure access of confidential data (user’s details) should be provided.
- 24 X 7 availability of the application
- Application should be accessible over Internet.
- Better component design to get better performance at peak time
- Flexible service based architecture will be highly desirable for future extension.
